I’m not a fan of new year’s resolutions. I haven’t made a resolution in ages, mainly because I’ve never been great at keeping them.
But fresh starts? Oh, my heart loves a good fresh start!
In this course, held over two weeks, you’re going to:
take a look back
honestly assess our current reality
peer into our future
set ourselves up for a more whole year with some thoughts & tips on self-care
and (if you’re up for it) we’re going to create our own manifesto

Here’s what you’ll receive:
You will walk through four readings and four journaling exercises, sent via email every Tuesday & Saturday for two weeks.
You will create a manifesto to propel you forward.
