I've had a few people ask me what I put in my smoothie, so, I thought share my recipe. I have one first thing each morning (every morning for the past eight years, unless I'm out of town), and sometimes another one in the afternoon.

Toss any or all of these things in the blender, in whatever amounts you like:

Greek yogurt
Wheat germ
Flax seed
Wheat grass powder
Source of Life Red Liquid Vitamins
Protein powder
Frozen berries
Frozen pineapple

And there you go. The frozen berries will make it cold and I promise that the juice and berries will drown out the taste of all the “healthy” stuff.  You will seriously not be able to tell that you're drinking veggies.
